(1) 1225 (2) The Trust database was established in the 1997-98 financial year and consequently information from files prior to this date would require a search of each development application file. The database was established to record the outcome of applications and therefore contains the Ministers determination rather than the Trusts recommendation. For these reasons it would be necessary to search all application files prior to the 1997-98 financial year, most of which are archived, to provide this information. Due to the cost and time it would take and the consequent impacts on the Trust’s ability to perform its core business this is not practical. (3) The Trust was established in 1989. Most of the records are archived so to provide this information is considered costly and time consuming and would have consequent impacts on the Trust’s ability to perform its core business. The Trust’s current database was established in the financial year of 1997-98 and the figures as at 30 June 2003 are: (a) Approved 529 (b) Refused 57 (4-6) Answered by (2).
