879. Hon SUE ELLERY to the parliamentary
secretary representing the Minister for Housing:
I refer to the public housing
properties in the South East Metropolitan Region.
(1) How many houses, by suburb, are
currently vacant?
(2) Of those currently vacant, how
many are vacant for the following reasons —
(a) under maintenance;
(b) extensive maintenance required;
(c) awaiting occupation;
(d) awaiting demolition;
(e) pending sale;
(f) refurbishment; and
(g) redevelopment?
