I refer to your answer to QON 585 and QON 586 and ask: (a) Why could a previous Health Minister provide an answer to a similar question (QON 5464-2019) yet you couldn't; (b) How many business cases have been submitted for new or replacement of medical equipment since 1 January 2025; (c) How many business cases were approved; and (d) How many business cases were denied?

(a) As previously advised, the data requested is not regularly reported on and would require extensive resourcing including frontline staff. Further, there are significantly more facilities than in 2019 and this is not considered to be a reasonable use of frontline resources.
(b-d) A business case is submitted as part of usual budget processes.
