· Planning cost of $4.5m. · Stages 1A and 1B, the purchase of a new voice management and computer aided dispatch system, has been completed with a total cost of $17.6m. · Stage 1C, the new Perth Metropolitan Radio Network, (with an estimated total cost of $59.4m), $33.296m has been spent as at the end of November 2006. (2) The CADCOM project is on track for a successful full implementation during 2007 within its approved budget of $80.2m. Also an amount of $1.2m has been applied to the project from internal resources. This amount represents staff salaries associated with the Project.
