(1)       The Local Area Plan that was funded through the Withers Urban Renewal Strategy was adopted on 8 March 2016. A memorandum of understanding has been signed by the South West Development Commission, the City of Bunbury and the Department of Housing to implement the Plan.
(2)       The timeframe is being considered as part of the business case development for the Withers Urban Renewal Program.
(3)       The expected total cost will be determined once the business case is finalised.
(4)       $1.5 million
