In relation to your answer to Question on Notice 7127 indicating the Western Australian Planning Commission owns 299 rental properties in Western Australia, I ask:
(a) how many properties are located within the City of Perth, City of Vincent and the State electorate of Perth;
(b) can the Minister identify these properties and their individual value;
(c) can the Minister please identify the individual rental revenue of each property; and
(d) how many of the properties in each locality are currently vacant or unlet?

(a) There are 10 residential and 4 commercial rental tenancies in the City of Perth, and 18 residential and 9 commercial rental tenancies in the City of Vincent. Of these tenancies, 18 residential and 10 commercial tenancies are located within the State Electorate of Perth.
(b) The attached schedule details the tenancies within the Electorate of Perth (which are all held by the Western Australian Planning Commission for future regional road purposes). The aggregated value of the properties concerned is $23,651,000. [See tabled paper no.....]
(c) For privacy and the commercial interests of tenants, I am not prepared to detail the individual rent paid by tenants but provide the aggregated total rent paid for the commercial and residential tenancies.
(d) One residential tenancy in the City of Perth is currently vacant; it is undergoing maintenance preparatory to re-letting.
