I refer to Western Australia’s livestock codes of practice as listed on the Department of Agriculture and Food website and ask : (a) do any of these codes provide standards that relate specifically to temperature and climatic conditions (eg rain, hail, wind, humidity and heat) for the land transport of stock: (i) if yes to (a), in which code/s are these found and where; and (ii) if no to (a), when does the State Government expect to regulate standards, specifically those relating to temperature and climate change during conditions for the land transport of stock?
