I refer to the Code Yellow alert system in Western Australian (WA) public hospitals, and I ask: (a) by month, how many Code Yellows were initiated in WA hospitals, including those run by private operators, from April 2025 to date; (b) for each month from April 2025 to date, what is the breakdown by hospital of all Code Yellows initiated; and (c) what was the reason for the Code Yellows and what area of the affected hospital(s) was impacted?
