With regard to a site at 972 Leehey Street Wedgefield in Port Hedland, I ask -
(1) Is this site a licensed waste disposal site?
(2) If yes to (1), will the Minister table the Licence for the site?
(3) If no to (1), is the Minister aware of whether or not the site is being used for waste disposal?

(1) No, this site is not a licensed premises. (2) Not applicable. (3) I am informed that the site is not being used for waste disposal. Some material was taken to the site for reuse as fill material. This material was assessed by the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and was deemed appropriate for use as fill as requested by the applicant and in the manner directed by the DEP.
