a) Yes, the funds in Albany are provided for essential capital works to enable the Corporation to maintain adequate services to customers. The Corporation maintains similar capital programs across the State and funds are provided on a needs basis.
b) The Corporation maintains separate programs for water, wastewater and irrigation. The funds shown are for the current financial year.
