I refer to the Liberal election promise of $6 million for the Hartfield Park redevelopment in Forrestfield, which
was based on a master plan that the Shire of Kalamunda completed in 2010.
(1) Is the
state government aware that the Shire of Kalamunda master plan of 2010 is a
concept only and has not been agreed on by user groups at Hartfield Park?
(2) Has the master plan been amended by the Shire of
Kalamunda?
(3) Can the
funding agreement between the state government and the Shire of Kalamunda
operate without written variation to its terms?
(4) Is the
state government aware of community concern around the compliance of the Shire
of Kalamunda with the funding agreement?
