I refer to the management and probity of tender request for proposal 13304 for the assist information system released on 8 September 2004. (1) What access and input has Fujitsu had in the preparation and development of RFP 13304 for the supply of the assist information system? (3) Has Fujitsu indicated that it intends to bid for the tender; and, if so, when did the department become aware of this? (4) Does Fujitsu’s involvement result in a conflict of interest, and therefore contravene government probity requirements?
