refer to the Minister’s visit to the Agricultural Region on 24 July 2019, and I ask: (a) please
provide an unredacted copy of the Ministers' itinerary and travel arrangements; (b) please
provide all briefing notes and advice provided to the Minister in relation to
meetings, functions and other commitments undertaken by the Minister; (c) who
accompanied the Minister during the visit and at each meeting, function or
other commitments undertaken by the Minister; and (d) on what date, at what time and by what means were
the following local members of Parliament notified of the Minister’s visit: (i) Hon

The Minister was accompanied by: Policy Advisers, Media Adviser, Public Transport Authority representatives.
Noting that ministers of the former Liberal-National Government routinely did not provide members with such a courtesy, the Member for Moore and the Member for Central Wheatbelt were sent a courtesy email at 9.20am, Wednesday 24 July 2019 of the Minister’s intention to visit the relevant electorates.
