(a) Reference to the intention by the Conservation Commission of Western Australia to amend the
Conservation and Land Management Act 1984
to create a statutory duty for the Commission to provide advice to the Minister for Environment is assumed to have been extracted from the Conservation Commission of Western Australia's mid-term audit of performance report on the Forest Management Plan 2004-2013.
The Conservation Commission has no current intention to seek amendment to the
Conservation and Land Management Act 1984
to create a statutory duty for the Commission to provide advice to the Minister for Environment, and for its tabling in Parliament.
(b) Not Applicable
