I have a supplementary question. Can the minister confirm that the additional surgeon on roster last weekend, as part of the minister’s grand plan, was a general practitioner surgeon and not a specialist surgeon, and that patients were required to travel 45 minutes to Collie Hospital for surgery? Mr J.A. McGINTY

No, I cannot confirm that because I do not believe it is true.
Mr J.A. McGINTY replied: No, I cannot confirm that because I do not believe it is true.
