(1) Recognising the regional, national and international environmental significance of the North Lake / Bibra Lake Bush Forever site, are options being actively explored to reduce the impact of the Roe Highway extension through the site?
(2) Is the significance of the site as confirmed by the Bush Forever report sufficient to justify the abandoning of the proposal to extend Roe Highway through the site?
(3) Because of the presence of priority floral species and a threatened faunal species, has the proposal been referred to the Commonwealth Government under the Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act and if not, why not?
(4) Has the proposal to extend Roe Highway through the site been referred to the Environmental Protection Authority for assessment?
(5) If yes, what level of assessment has been set?
(6) If no, when is referral expected?
