I thank the honourable member for some notice of this question. The Minister for Goldfields-Esperance and Great Southern has supplied the following answer - (1) LandCorp will provide the City of Albany with a fully serviced site, excised from the waterfront development project site, in accordance with the memorandum of agreement between the City of Albany and the state government on 6 September 2005. (2) The City of Albany will pay $1 million for the site, in accordance with the memorandum of agreement.
