(a) if not, why not;
(b) if so, why have the reports not been made publicly available to rural and remote Western Australians; and
(c) if such reports exist, will the Minister table them?
(2) On how many occasions has the RREAC met in each of the 2009, 2010 and 2011 calendar years?
(3) Has the Council produced any other reports or discussion papers since October 2008; and
(a) if so, on what topics;
(b) will the Minister table any of these reports; and
