(1) Was the
minister aware of Mr Eric Ball's views about the RSPCA before he
appointed him to his review panel?
(2) Did Mr Ball
or anyone else provide the minister with a copy of Mr Ball's report
outlining his views on the RSPCA?
(3) If yes to
(2), on what date did was it provided; will the minister table a copy of it;
and, if not, why not?
(4) Will Mr Ball remain as chair of
the minister's Animal Welfare Advisory Committee?
