(1) The Pilbara Industry's Community Council (PICC) developed the original Pilbara Health Partnership proposal and the decisions around the amount that each partner provided is a matter for the PICC as a collective to respond to on behalf of its members.
(2) The level of contribution by industry was determined by the Pilbara Industry's Community Council of which I was not privy to. It is important to remember that this is a voluntary contribution by industry.
(3) Yes the agreement with the Pilbara Industry's Community Council for a contribution of $5.28 million is in addition to that previously put in place between the State Government and BHP Billiton.
