This question is asked on behalf of Hon Simon O’Brien, who is on urgent parliamentary business. I refer the parliamentary secretary to her answer to question without notice 1322, in which the Government provided total mental health funding for each of the past five years. Will the minister advise the total amount of State Government funding provided for mental health services for each of the financial years 1999-2000, 2000-01, 2001-02, 2002-03 and 2003-04 through - (1) the Department of Health; (2) other government departments; (3) non-government providers; and (4) other grants or subsidies respectively, with allocations for superannuation, depreciation and accrual accounting removed from the figures for 2001-02, 2002-03 and 2003-04, to make the figures comparative.
