(1) Have any of these vehicles been involved in an accident since March 2001?
(2) If yes, -
(a) to which Minister was the vehicle assigned or being used for;
(b) when did the accident(s) occur;
(c) was a report of the accident(s) made to -
(i) the Western Australian Police; and
(ii) or the leasing company;
(d) was anyone injured in the accident(s); and
