the parliamentary secretary representing the Minister
for Transport:
I refer to the business
case for Perth Park, formerly known as the Perth entertainment and sporting
precinct, commissioned by the Office of Major Transport Infrastructure Delivery
and undertaken by ACIL Allen.
(1) Has the full business case been provided to
Infrastructure WA (IWA)?
(2) If no to (1), why
not?
(3) If yes to (1), on what date was the business
case provided to IWA and with what supporting documentation?
(4) When does the government expect IWA to
complete its assessment?

answer on behalf of the Minister for Transport.
(1)–(4) As outlined on Sunday 23 November,
Infrastructure Western Australia has received a full copy of the business case
and all supporting documentation required for assessment.
