I refer to each Department, Agency and Government Trading Enterprise (GTE) within the Minister's portfolio, and I ask: (a) Are there any creditors which have been outstanding for greater than 120 days, as at 11 October 2024: (i) If yes, what is the number of creditors outstanding, with a breakdown by each Department, Agency or GTE; and (ii) What is the total amount owed to those creditors, with a breakdown by each Department, Agency or GTE?
