The Department of Housing advises:
(a) The Department reports on incorrect use of its schedules of rates and poor workmanship and they are reported as non-compliance issues. They are:
(i) Transfield 12 739
Lake Maintenance 647
Programmed Facility Maintenance 408
(ii) Transfield 5 478
Lake Maintenance 1 794
Programmed Facility Maintenance 214
(b)(i)-(ii)  Job orders are generated by the Department from maintenance requests from the tenant and by Department officers in the course of their work in managing properties, and therefore are considered necessary.  The Head Contractor only submits job orders for payment that have been issued by the Department.
(c)-(d) Please refer to (a).
