(1) As at 1 July 2015 and 1 July 2016, and for each school dental therapy centre located in the South West region, what was the staff allocation, by headcount and FTE for: (a) dentists; (b) dental therapists; (c) dental assistants; (d) dental nurses; and (e) other? (2) For each year and each school dental therapy centre identified in (1), what was the average wait-time for an appointment? (3) Are any positions currently vacant and, if yes, which positions are vacant and for how long has each position been vacant?

(d)Dental Nurses are not employed in Dental Therapy Centres.
(e)Other staff are not employed in Dental Therapy Centres.
(2) Students are generally provided with an initial course of care during the first year of enrolment in the School Dental Service. Students are then placed on a recall waiting list to undergo a periodic examination which is dependent upon their clinical needs. Emergency dental care is provided immediately as required.
(3) As at 11 October 2016, there were no positions vacant.
