(1) Breast cancer patients are offered follow-up annual mammograms from their treating hospital for five years following the last diagnosis of breast cancer, or until they reach 75 years of age. These mammograms are provided at no cost to the patient. At the completion of five years, patients who are less than 75 years of age are advised to see their General Practitioner for ongoing management and they are also advised of their eligibility to attend BreastScreen WA for further examinations.
(2) No.
(3) Annual screening from their treating hospital for five years or until they reach 75 years of age.
