For the purposes of this response, the term "consultant" is defined according to the Premier's Circular (2005/08): Report on Consultants Engaged by Government whereby details of contracts are included under the following criteria:
Contracts valued at $20,000 and above;
Awarded by the agency that are subject to the State Supply Commission Act; and
For persons engaged on a fee-for-service basis to provide strategic advice for Government to act on.
