AMENDMENT (TEMPORARY COVID-19 PROVISIONS) ACT — STATE EMERGENCY
COORDINATOR — ADVICE
1209. Hon MARTIN ALDRIDGE to the Minister for Emergency Services:
I refer to the Emergency Management
Amendment (Temporary COVID-19 Provisions) Act 2022, which received royal assent
on 21 October 2022.
(1) On how many
occasions since assent has the State Emergency Coordinator sought and received
advice from the Chief Health Officer in relation to COVID-19?
(2) For each
instance identified in (1), can the minister please identify the relevant dates
advice was sought and received?
(3) For each
instance identified in (1), can the minister please table the request and any
advice received by the State Emergency Coordinator?
(4) Has a COVID-19 declaration been
made by the State Emergency Coordinator today?
