The Water Corporation has advised that it does not calculate forward estimates of the number of seniors card holders that will receive concessions. However, it does estimate the cost of the relevant concession in the budget year (see (4) below). (3) The total cost of the concession referred to in (1) for council rates was $2,865,342.
