(a) what was the capital cost of the screen and its installation;
(b) what are the running cost for the screen, including its very noisy cooling system;
(c) who bears these running costs; and
(d) what income is the screen attracting?

(1) In relation to the Perth Cultural Centre LED Screen:
(a) The capital cost of the screen and its installation was $839,855.
(b) The running costs for the screen, based on an average use of power, internet connectivity and relevant licenses, are approximately $29,690 per year.
(c) The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority bears these running costs.
(d) The screen has generated income of $1138.50 to date and is also utilised for "in kind" sponsorship to promote local cultural institutions, events and artists. The screen is primarily run to promote the resident cultural institutions and other local creative industries and artists.
