WA COUNTRY HEALTH SERVICE — HOSPITAL
EMERGENCY CODES
1124. Hon JACQUI BOYDELL to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Minister for Health:
I ask this question on behalf of Hon
Martin Aldridge, who is absent on urgent parliamentary business.
I refer to Legislative Council
question on notice 2872 regarding code black incidents in regional hospitals.
(1) Noting the minister's answer to
Legislative Council question on notice 3187, when was the audit conducted of the data and by whom?
(2) When did the minister first
become aware that incorrect information had been given to Parliament?
(3) What explanation can be given for the significant
difference in the number of incidents pre and post-audit?
(4) If the minister has not already done so, when does
he intend to apologise to the house and correct the answer to question
on notice 2872?
