Local Government Act 1995
permiting the CEO of a local government authority to delegate powers and duties to other employees and I ask, will the Minister table the delegation instrument of all powers and duties delegated by the CEO of the City of Bunbury to other employees?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) With respect to each delegation, when was the delegation last reviewed and by whom?
(4) In relation to each power and duty delegated by the CEO of the City of Bunbury to other employees, will the Minister table the records in relation to the exercise of the power and/or the discharge of the duty?
(5) If no to (4), why not?
(6) Has an employee of the City of Bunbury disclosed a conflict of interest in relation to a power or duty delegated by the CEO and if yes, provide details as to the nature of the conflict of interest, the date the conflict was disclosed and to whom the disclosure was made?
