I thank the minister for his ministerial statement earlier today clarifying his error in answer to my question yesterday about the Bunbury and Busselton Water Boards. Hon N.D. Griffiths: You should ask unambiguous questions. Hon BARRY HOUSE: The minister will be pleased to know that I do not consider it a hanging offence and will not be calling for his dismissal on this occasion. Further to his statement reporting the reappointment of several members of both water boards, I understand that other positions are yet to be filled. Will the minister advise - (1) Have all positions on both water boards been filled? (2) If so, who has been appointed? (3) If not, why not, and when will these appointments be made? Hon N.D. I have already referred to Mr Haley in my statement today so I will not go over that again.
