I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1)-(3)(a) In relation to the Fremantle eastern bypass, various preliminary options have been considered by LandCorp as it is the project manager. Obviously, no decision has been taken on any option, including details of allocations for public housing, because the metropolitan region scheme process is still under way. A housing cooperative has expressed interest in securing land, as has the Department of Housing and Works and at least one former owner. (1)-(3)(b) In relation to Roe Highway stage 8, there are no formal disposal options or concepts currently under consideration, with the exception of the Cockburn shopping centre site. The review of the shopping centre is an internal initiative of the Department for Planning and Infrastructure to better position the centre under the City of Cockburn commercial centres policy and to accommodate a future bus terminus.
