I refer to the Northern Development Taskforce, and I ask -
(1) In total, how much money was spent by the State Government on the Northern Development Taskforce (NDT) between 1 July 2007 and 31 December 2008 including, -
(a) all staff costs and expenses (including staff within the NDT Secretariat and staff of State Government Departments and Agencies who were members of the NDT or otherwise working on NDT matters);
(b) all consultancy costs or payments to third parties;
(c) the costs of preparing for, undertaking and considering environmental and engineering studies in respect of Kimberley hydrocarbon development;
(d) indigenous consultation costs;
(e) stakeholder consultation costs; and
(f) any other costs incurred as a direct result of or for the activities of the NDT, but excluding monies paid to the Kimberley Land Council?
(2) Can the Minister provide a breakdown of expenditure by the State Government in respect of each of the matters identified in (1)?
