(a) The information requested is available in budget papers and annual reports.
(b) As reported in the Library Board of Western Australia 2017-18 Annual Report, “ environmental conditions were materially affected during the installation and commissioning of the Cultural Centre Central Energy Plant ”. The impact of the installation and commissioning of the Energy Plant on environmental conditions was not considered when the Budget Papers target was determined.
No negative long term impact is anticipated on collection items as this occurrence was not sufficient in length or severity.
