I refer to Royalties for Regions, and I ask: (a) what services in the South West were improved in 2013-14 as a result of the Royalties for Regions program; (b) what projects or activities were funded in 2013-14 to retain aged populations in the South West region; (c) as there is a $1 billion cap on the Royalties for Regions fund, how is it that the fund delivered $1.17 billion towards projects and initiatives in 2013-14; (d) for each 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14, how much money was: (i) allocated to the Royalties for Regions program; (ii) allocated to projects under the Royalties for Regions program; and (iii) expended on projects and initiatives under the Royalties for Regions program; (e) in 2013-14 all Royalties for Regions funding for Aboriginal community development was focused on the North West of the State, with no funding directed to the South West, what is the justification for this; and (f) is it the view of the Government that Aboriginal communities south of Dongara are less deserving that those in the North West?
