(1) For motor cycle registrations why is a standard only fee charged, when car registrations offer both ‘Family’ and ‘Business’ options?
(2) Given that some families use motor cycles for personal travelling by individual members, will the Minister undertake to consider offering both ‘Family’ and ‘Business’ motor cycle registration fee options, with ‘Family’ at a cheaper level than ‘Business’?

(2) No. (3) The difference in cost between motor cycle and motor car licence fees is still significant and it is therefore considered inappropriate to extend the 'family' discount to motor cycles.
