(1) For each of 2011-12, 2010-11, 2010-11, 2009-10 and 2008-09, how many adolescents residing in the South West were admitted to the Bentley Adolescent Unit?
(2) For each of 2011-12, 2010-11, 2010-11, 2009-10 and 2008-09, how many adolescents residing in the South West sought admission to the Bentley Adolescent Unit but were turned away because all beds were taken?
