777. Hon DIANE EVERS to the minister representing the
Minister for Forestry:
I refer to the display tender
RFP7/2019, sale of woody biomass from the mine site clearing and thinning of
mine site regeneration issued by the Forest Products Commission in 2019.
(1) How many
offers did the Forest Products Commission receive for each of the two options
in the tender?
(2) How many offers were made by
Aboriginal-owned businesses?
(3) Was the mine site clearing
option one ever awarded?
(a) If yes, who was it awarded to and
will the minister please table a copy of the contract?
(b) If no, why not?
(4) If no to (3),
what was the Forest Products Commission doing about the up to 180 000 tonnes of
woody biomass?

question, nor do I have a copy of it in my file. Obviously, if it is available,
