The Minister for Police and Emergency Services has provided the following answer - (1)-(3) The Fire and Emergency Services Authority advises that these three groups do not come under the Fire and Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia Act. However, they have been treated as if they do. The volunteers and the assets of the groups are currently covered by FESA’s RiskCover policy.
