I refer to Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 2 at page 439, "Services and Key Efficiency Indicators – Legal Aid Assistance", and ask: (a) as the National Partnership Agreement for Legal Assistance Service expired on 30 June 2014, has the Commonwealth provided a new agreement; (b) if yes to (a), what are the details of the new agreement, and what funding has been confirmed; and (c) if no to (a), when will a new partnership agreement be finalised?
