(2) N/A (3) No, the Eli Eco Logic licence did not cover an identical process. (4) Prior to the company being purchased by Tox Free Solutions, the process previously operated by Eli Eco Logic was a thermal gas-phase reduction/destruction process. This process is no longer undertaken at these premises. The process now operating at the premises, assessed under the Works Approval, is a Thermal Desorption Plant. (5) The licence acquired by Tox Free allowed the treatment of a range of contaminated soils, liquid pesticides, contaminated oils and polyhalogenated hydrocarbons. The amended licence, issued on 19 December 2001, allows for: Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) Hydrocarbon Trichloroethylene Perchlorethylene Methylene chloride Creosote Dieldrin Trifluralin Oil Acetone Fuel oil Kerosene Polyaromatic hydrocarbons to be processed. (6) On behalf of the Minister I now table a document containing a list of materials accepted at the Tox Free site, covering the period 19 December 2001 to 26 April 2002 (Attachment 1). See tabled paper. (7) The tabled document lists the type of industry that generated the wastes. (8) The tabled document lists the quantities of waste accepted. (9) Yes. (10) The materials are: tyres/HC (hydrocarbon) wastes. perchlorethylene (PCE) wastes. On behalf of the Minister I now table documents relating to the processing of wastes (Attachment 2). See tabled paper. (11) The last of Licence Audit Inspection was carried out on 21 February 2002. (12) On behalf of the Minister I now table the inspection report (Attachment 3). See tabled paper.
