I refer to individualised community living strategy (ICLS) plans, and I ask: (a) when does the current contractual agreements with the panel for preferred providers expire; (b) how many Western Australians are currently living on ICLS plans; (c) how many participants on ICLS plans have been transitioned off since commencement of the program; (d) how many individuals are currently waitlisted for ICLS plans; and (e) what funding has been budgeted in the forward estimates for ICLS plans?

(a) The current agreements expire on the 7th December 2015.
(b) As at 20 May 2015, 142 people are accessing Individualised Community Living Strategy supports. This will increase to 144 before the end of the financial year.
(c) A total of 26 individuals are no longer involved in the program since it commenced. This due to a number of reasons such as voluntarily leaving the program, moving interstate and returning to hospital.
(d) None.
(e) The following budget amounts are included in the forward estimates however are subject to change:
2015-16 - $12.982m
2016-17 - $10.433m
2017-18 - $10.797m
2018-19 - $11.176m
