The Department of Housing advises:
(1) Yes
(2) 25 November 2010.
(3) The property is awaiting demolition and the site has required planning, heritage and council approvals. It was put out for tender for demolition with a closing date of 18 October 2012.
(4) The proposal is to construct five units of single bedroom accommodation.
(5) This is yet to be determined.
