I refer to the
gazettal of an area at Eighty Mile Beach, south of Broome, to establish a
marine park.
(1) What is
the full-time equivalent for staff and officers employed in relation to
protection, administration and management of the marine park?
(2) What is the
annual cost to the Department of Environment Regulation for the accommodation
of the staff and officers employed in relation to the protection,
administration and management of the marine park?
(3) What is the
annual cost to the department for the provision of marine craft used in
relation to the protection, administration and management of the marine park?
(4) What is the
cost to the department for motor vehicles used in relation to the protection,
administration and management of the marine park?

development of an Indigenous land use agreement for the marine park.
