ROE HIGHWAY STAGE 8 EXTENSION — MINISTERIAL
APPROVAL STATEMENT
1118. Hon SUE ELLERY to the minister
representing the Minister for Environment:
I refer to ministerial approval
statement 1008, issued on 2 July 2015 for the Roe Highway extension.
(1) Since it was
subject to the environmental assessment that led to statement 1008, has the project
changed in any way?
(2) What is the
Environmental Protection Act 1986 process for amending a ministerial approval
statement, should this become necessary?
(3) How can the public view the most
recent designated clearing and disturbance areas?
(4) With
reference to the clearing and disturbance areas documented in statement 1008,
have any of the following areas changed or been moved in any way —
(a) the 97.8 hectares of native
vegetation?
(b) the 0.95 hectares of
environmental protection policy lakes?
(c) the 167-hectare development
envelope?
