(1) For each adult prison, juvenile detention centre and work camp in Western Australia, please provide: (a) The average daily prisoner population for each calendar year from 2018 to 2025 (to date); and (b) The approved operational capacity of the facility for each of those years? (2) For each facility identified in Question 1, please list any changes made to its approved operational capacity between 2018 and 2025, including: (a) The year the change occurred; (b) The nature of the change (e.g. expansion of units, installation of bunk beds, closure of units, etc.); and (c) The stated reason for the change?
