(1) Can the minister assure the community that builders who do not have an enterprise bargaining agreement with the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union will be allowed to participate in open and transparent tenders for government projects through the minister’s department? (2) Has the minister, his department or his staff sought legal advice as to whether it is possible for DHW contracts to be restricted to builders who are signatories to CMFEU EBAs?
